Strategic Planning & Programming for Museums

Parallel has the necessary practical and political skills to realize large-scale projects and to address the unique needs of every project. Strategic planning includes but is not limited to strategic partnerships with local and national authorities, fundraising and financial management, establishing a culture of solid and sustainable curatorship, and assisting in creating an institution’s vision and short- and long-term goals.

Strategic planning incorporates initial objectives which help lead to new cultural institutions, formulating design guidelines, programming through generating space requirements, establishing a staffing plan, governance model, considering conservation and sustainability, and creating a phasing plan. Parallel also assists with site planning and master planning.
